It's officially back to work for the majority of us this week. If you're any bit worried on how you're going to manage, don't stress it, everything will fall back into place.
Follow these tips to help you scrub up fresh:
Set your alarm 30 minutes earlier each morning until you've reached your goal wake up time (the time needed to pack your lunch, go for your walk, enjoy a coffee and a meal - or any other morning activity that helps you have a productive day)
Before bed each night make a To-Do list of your top three priorities for the next day. This will allow you to have more time for yourself in a less stressful way because you've conquered the most important things that would normally keep you stressed until completed.
Take up a new activity or hobby for 2017. It doesn't have to be anything outrageous, just something different. A few examples could be trying a new yoga class, a new work out program, going for daily walks, dance classes, cooking classes, the list goes on! Not only will you learn something new by enrolling in a new activity, it will give you the kick start you need if you struggle to wake up in the mornings or if you simply need a bit of spice in your life.
If all else fails, take a hot bubble bath, grab your favorite Fit Booty Body scrub and kick back. A little pampering goes along way!
