A few key tips to look out for when performing certain booty band exercises and working at a faster or higher intensity:
-Avoid letting your knees buckle in when you perform squats
-Avoid over arching your lower back in donkey kicks
-Avoid over working your oblique muscles when doing side pulses/clams etc
